It is capable of exposing size changes (ne-factor ¦ TwoCASES) depending on excited conditions, or if subject to a particle accelerator voltage (general mass increase, see Planck Equivalents explanations and comparison in ThePlanckWay).

We cannot really say or determine which one of them would be »the most accurate» — as we neither have, nor can relate, any definite quantity to the ne factor: It anyway reflects dynamical behavior in energy exchanging situations (the nucleus can vary its size, depending on circumstances): all three parameters ne, r=½r₀A^½ and Ñ have inwardly minor fluctuating differences. However, as a representative (here in UH) as above, we relate nuclear dynamics to the proton radius factor r₀ (general nuclear gravity circle radius, r) as connected to Planck constant h=m_Nc₀r_N through the TNED deduced NeutronSquare’s r₀/r_N = √8/[1+√3].

So again by all means: the atomic nucleus is in no way to be understood in any resemblance to a material particle or any of the material particle physics properties. No way.

If definite ideas are bound to make such associations — unless educated (for research) — the end result will most certainly reflect delusive cosmological ideas.

Dynamic:

The electric field lines between two parallel discs (atomic nuclei idealized) having the same rotational spin direction and angular velocity work through two different physical preferences. The spinning mass (Planck constant h= mNc0rN, the neutron, and shortly after [12-14min], the Hydrogen atom), and the intermediate empty space (c0).

— As light (electric fields) does not connect kinetics (EXPERIMENTAL CONFIRMATIONS, the Solar Eclipses 1919+ Expeditions), the spin velocity (v) and the intermediated field space propagation through ITS (local gravitational dependency) light (c) divergence/propagation are not additive: c and v does not add up (THEvicError). We (UH) use it to calculate the minimum fusion time — one turn — where two (exothermally) fusing nuclei spend their time from fusion begin to product finished. That is, new atomic product work time. — In this dynamic spin case the nuclear spin direction (c0) has no effect on the intermediate space (outside the nuclear surface) between our two near testing hydrogen atom nuclei (protons). So: there will be a skewed (aberration, or electric displacement) electric field direction lag in space, connection a corresponding »Bradley Coefficient» between space and spinning nuclei (the field lines spiral, ideally, between the nuclei).
