That is why related physics cannot adopt the so irrelevant and directly physically faulty modern academic formulation of the details of the universal energy law. Related physics instead takes the statements from a more classical elementary physical and mathematical standpoint, as deduced and related below. The end line is though the same:
energy (WORK: E=hf=mvr/t=mvv) cannot be created, nor destroyed, only converted. There are two inside clauses, further below.

Any standstill physical object illuminated by a constant heat source will after some time from the last moment of change establish a constant state of thermal equilibrium based on internally balanced different regions of temperature (inter atomic and inter molecular distances) between front and back:

As long as a physical body is heated, it absorbs energy from the heating source (a materials heat capacity property, different for different material). When the heating procedure is finished and the body reaches a state of thermal equilibrium, no more heat energy is absorbed by the body: It then begins to radiate back out exactly the received quantity source energy (that it consumed on its warming up) with zero losses: no frictional losses whatsoever.
It is the same condition as the one stated in a THERMODYNAMICAL
